READY TO JOIN?
We are thrilled to welcome you and your Scout to Troop 219! To complete your membership, please complete and submit the following:
Complete the Scouts BSA National Youth Online Application. This is for new or lapsed memberships only. If your Scout is an AOL crossover or transferring from another Troop, please skip this step.
Pay Troop Dues to our Troop Treasurer via Venmo (@T219-fortmill), check, or cash. The cost of your dues may vary depending on what point in the scouting year your Scout joins. Our New Member Coordinator can help you determine the total cost of your Troop dues.
Complete the Consent & Conduct Agreement
Complete the Scouts BSA Medical Form and submit along with the front and back of your Medical ID / Insurance Card. Part C of the medical form is needed only if your scout plans to attend summer camp.
Complete the New Scout Information Form
Email all above paperwork to our New Member Coordinator (jointroop219@gmail.com) or bring completed paper copies to the next Troop meeting.
Once your completed application packet and troop dues are received and processed, you will receive a Troop Website Login and a New Scout packet. Upon joining, new Scouts will receive a BSA handbook, Class B tee, Troop bag, neckerchief, and nametag. Thank you for your patience as we prepare to welcome your new scout!
