Troop 339 Prior Lake

Welcome To Troop 9339

We are a very active troop including monthly campouts, weekly meetings, annual high adventures and summer camp, In addition, we support our community through numerous service projects in the Prior Lake/Savage area. Being so active, we realize that some boys can not make every event, and thats ok. Nothing will be missed by not attending an event.

If you are a 11 to 17 year old boy interested in adventure, self improvement, and meeting new friends, we welcome you to join us. Just contact us for more information (mntroop339@gmail.com).

6/8 Adult Committee Meeting

6/12 Coin Carnival - Lakefront Park - Prior Lake Parks & Rec Coin Carnival. More info coming soon. Will need volunteers to help with inflatable archery.

6/27 Dan Patch Parade - Downtown Savage - Walking parade route with other scouts. Mobile Archery in Community Park. More information coming soon..

Here are just some of the past activities that our troop has done

Camping

October 2024 Wild River State Park - We enjoyed the beautiful fall colors and canoed down the St Croix river.

September 2024 Norseland Scout Camp - Our sister troop 7339 joined for the weekend. We worked on some rank advancements and merit badges for our upcoming Court of Honor, completed the orienteering course, and blazed a new hiking trail to help out the camp. There was a large bonfire, campfire program, potluck crackerbarrel.

August 2024 Summer Beach Bash - Fun at the beach with our sister troop 7339. We had a cookout, games, swimming, and more, just before the storms came through.

July 2024 Summer Camp at Tomahawk Scout Camp. A week long campout, beautiful weather, and tons of fun.

June 2024 Seabase High Adventure in the Florida Keys.

Service Projects

May-July 2024 - Put out flags all over Prior Lake for Memorial Day, Flag Day, and July 4th

August 2024 - Build dog platforms at Cleary Lake Dog Park for Caleb's Eagle Project

August 2024 - Build a Gaga Ball pit at Jeffers Pond Elementary School for Chase's Eagle Project

July 2024 - Build a shed at Murphy's Landing for Brecken's Eagle Project

June 2024 - Build bike rails at Lake Marion mountain bike trails for Liam's Eagle Project
